Our Mission at Shampoochies is to enhance the lives of dogs by maintaining the highest standards of grooming, to act with care & compassion toward all animals, and to provide outstanding personal service and the best possible products to help pets enjoy a happy and healthy life.
At Shampoochies, we put our love for pets
and their owners into all that we do.
Please be considerate in situations where you may need to cancel an appointment or are running late. In either occurrence please notify us in a timely manner so that we are given ample time to replace the appointment and adjust our schedule.
A minimum notice of 24 hours will be accepted for a cancellation.
You will be charged on your next appointment for “no call/no show” missed appointments. Additional charges may also apply for last-minute cancellations.
